Legislative Reform and Working with Children Check Consultation Mawson Lakes

The Teachers Registration and Standards Act 2004 (the Act) that oversees the teaching profession in South Australia is being reviewed for the first time since it was introduced in 2004.

In mid-April the Minister for Education, Mr John Gardiner MP will release the consultation paper ‘Enhancing Teacher Registration in South Australia’ which outlines possible changes to the Act. The paper will be available on the TRB website on its release.
