Lighthouse Labs Toronto: Employer Speed Interviewing

This is a great opportunity to shortlist quickly from a group of candidates. We know hiring a Jr. is MORE about fit than skill, but it's tough to make a fit decision based on a quick skim of a resume.

Our Employer Speed Interviewing event is a new spin on things - a chance to jumpstart your interview process by meeting a large number of our alumni in a time efficient manner.

Process:

Employers will be stationed at tables and given a note sheet that includes the names of the candidates and a space for notes. Students will rotate between employer stations every 10 minutes.

Schedule:

6:00 - 6:15 pm Registration

6:15 - 7:30pm Speed Interviews

7:30pm Eat, Drink and Network (optional)

*Food and beverages will be provided

All of our students are available to start as full time Jr. Developers OR in a paid internship-style position for 3 - 4 months at a minimum of $600/week.

Our Toronto Career Services team - Louisa and Lulwa- will be on hand to discuss Lighthouse Labs and our bootcamp program as well as arrange follow up interviews with our students.
