Meat and Livestock Australia in conjunction with Macquarie Franklin, has launched a series of new workshops for livestock advisors and consultants. 'Livestock Advisor Updates' are regionally relevant, one-day technical workshops held in northern, southern and western Australia.
The southern Livestock Advisor Updates will be held in Sydney on Wednesday, August 21 and is open to individuals involved in the red meat industry in advisory or influencer roles such as;
- advisors/consultants
- veterinarians
- sales reps
- researchers
- NRM facilitators
- livestock agents
- DPI staff
- farming systems groups
The objective of Livestock Advisor Updates is to provide opportunities for livestock advisors, leading producers and professional extension consultants to;
- learn about the latest red meat R&D
- gain skills, tools and knowledge to increase their offering to clients
- network with their peers.

Following the Livestock Advisor Updates workshop, participants are invited to attend a networking dinner held at the Stamford Plaza Sydney Airport from 7:00pm. The cost to attend this dinner is $70pp and includes two courses. Drinks are at individuals own expense.

This will be delivered the day following the southern Livestock Advisor Updates workshop.
