Loughrea Medieval Festival 23rd,24th,25th August 2019.
Come along and enjoy the festivities at this unique festival which is in 6th year! All events over the weekend are FREE and fun for all ages. Learn about our archaeological history and medieval history through - workshops, short talks, walks and tours, museum exhibition, crafts. Join in with medieval combats, craft making, puppet shows, medieval food tasting and much more. Most events are held in the Temperance Hall and on the Fairgreen where there will be marquees etc. Parking is available in the town. For outdoor activities please wear suitable clothing and footwear..
