Ik verheug me weer om samen te werken met Michael Sekhem Heemskerk .
De eerste keer was in 2016 toen hij de "all love workshop" organiseerde voor "'My sense experience op Ibiza..
Al 16 jaar zijn wij niet alleen vrienden maar vind ik de manier hoe hij werkt bijzonder.

You arrive on Saterday the 22nd 17.00 in the villa in the North and you leave on Thursday the 27th 10.00.

795,- for a shared room or 895,- for a personal room, Breakfast, Lunch Dinner classes included.

For locals; Price of Workshop only is 395,-.

All meals are organic (superfoods) and will be prepared by the chef.

Program:
The class has been set up very intiutively .
We work with sound, breath, dance, meditation, body movement, and one on one work.

-9:00-10:00 Yoga, dance,bodywork,pranayama
-10:-00-13:00 The All Love Class
-13:00 Lunch

-After lunch the program is up to you, FUN! BEACH, RELAX, Visit a hippy market and more.

-18:00 Dinner.

What is an ALL LOVE WORKSHOP?
In practice:

In an All Love workshop, we have the opportunity to understand life as a teacher and its inescapable teachings as evolution tools through self-knowledge and understand how our past affects our daily life, influencing our thoughts and emotions. Repeating itself through recurrent emotions, thoughts and attitudes even when we no longer wish to behave, think nor feel the way – sometimes – we do.
It allow us to see clearly how everything that happens around us is a mirroring what is going on inside ourselves making it possible to rebuild our reality from the only thing we actually are able change in this life: Ourselves
It is a workshop composed by practical exercises that aim to bring us into alignment with our true nature as we let go of expectations, start living in the present moment and allow our inherent wisdom to flow naturally. That makes us feel more confident in ourselves and more capable of dealing undisturbedly with the unknown while we awake our intuition and a consciousness more aligned to our truth.
As consequence we can see a higher understanding blossom, the opening of new interior paths being reflected as new opportunities in life, an increasing sensibility and a subsequent spontaneous rising of answers to recurrent questions in our lives, a more harmonious and peaceful way of living with more joy, lightness and confidence that can be perceived by anyone – touching their hearts and causing a positive impact on our environment and on everyone around.
-In ALL LOVE we try to help you to reconnect your physical, emotional, mental and spiritual bodies as One!
-We will guide you to help you to reconnect to the the energy of love and opening of the heart chakra.
-We will support you in your process of recognizing and embracing of our shadow side sand help you solve negative past events while working with the group or one on one.
-Spontaneous initiations can take place and will change your life forever!
-We use a meditation and several techniques to invite your soul energy into your physical body.
-Stimulate te student’s empowerment and help open the awakening to self-master
