ABOUT MADHIVE: 
Madhive is a rapidly growing B2B Enterprise SaaS serving the Digital TV (OTT/CTV) market. The company generated $7.6M in revenue in FY 2018 and $9.1M in Q1 2019. MadHive’s next generation end-to-end software uses cryptography, blockchain and AI to secure more value, transparency and privacy for both advertisers and publishers. The company is raising $7M-$10M for their Series A round. Capital raised through this offering will be used to transition to a self-service SaaS product by ramping up the engineering and sales team.
