Designed to help managers become more effective leaders, this one-day Leadership program delves into the fundamentals of managing yourself, leading teams, and motivating others to accomplish your teams goals.
Who should attend:
This workshop is ideally suited for aspiring leader or existing leaders with approximately 18 months of experience. Although not necessarily it is recommended that participants attend the Introduction To Leadership Workshop beforehand.
