On completion of this course, you will be empowered with ready-to-use frameworks, models, practices and tools to adopt best practice approaches to improve and align individual and team performance to achieve ambitious student recruitment objectives .

The Course is delivered as a highly interactive face-to-face workshop, where participants carry out specific exercises and activities rather than passively listen to a lecture or presentation. Therefore, you can be confident that you will get good value for your investment of time and money.

 

Duration

 

This is a 1-day course:

 

  • The course starts at 9am and finishes at 5pm.
  • There are rest breaks approximately every 1.5 hours.

 

Introducing your course facilitator:

 

The facilitator of your Course is Richard Geddes, Managing Director and Founder of Optimal Student Recruitment. Not only is Richard the course facilitator, he is actually the person who designed the Course. So, you will be learning the course principles not only from the person who designed the course, but also from the same person who has successfully implemented the very same principles in multiple situations and contexts!

 

Before launching Optimal Student Recruitment, Richard worked in senior positions managing domestic and international student recruitment for Edith Cowan University, Murdoch University and the University of Adelaide (2003-2018).

In 2018, Richard resigned from his role as Director, Student Recruitment and Admissions Services at the University of Adelaide to start Optimal Student Recruitment. Since then, Richard has been fulfilling his passion of working with education institutions to provide them with scientifically proven reliable and sustainable solutions for their student recruitment challenges.
