This stunning walk takes in the very best the iconic seaside resort of Manly has to offer.
Starting at Manly Wharf, walk along the ocean front to idyllic Shelly Beach and a lookout where you will enjoy a spectacular view of the Northern Beaches coastline. Continue along a bush track and step through the “hole in the wall” to discover North Fort, built to defend Sydney Harbour in WW2, A boardwalk will then take you through the wild landscape of North Head, home to a wide range of native species and a place of great spiritual importance for the Aboriginal people..
Afterwards, descend to the pristine harbour beach of Collin’s Flat for a relaxing guided meditation, an opportunity to catch your breath and tune into your spirit surrounded by the energy and beauty of nature. Emerge from the meditation feeling deeply relaxed and attuned to your environment for the return journey in silence to Manly, a perfect opportunity to practise some simple but powerful mindfulness techniques.
Arrive back at Manly Wharf feeling relaxed and ready to tuck into lunch at one of Manly's many vibrant cafes.
