Executive chef, CEO and co-founder John C. Metz is partnering with Brooklyn Brewery to offer guests a five-course culinary adventure with beer pairings.

Brooklyn Brewery boasts a James Beard Award-winning brewmaster and a team that collaborates with brewers, innovators and artists from around the world. The brewery, which brought American beer production back to Brooklyn, produces classic styles along with experimental brews.
