Your Are What Matters - Online Awareness Through Movement
These are trying times with limits on where we can travel and who we can socialise with. So I'm pleased to now offer online Awareness Through Movement classes to help you care for yourself.
Schedule time in your calendar for yourself. Experience Awareness Through Movement live online with a small group of mindful clients.
These classes will help you:
- Comfort your body
- Let go of muscular tension
- Focus your attention on the present moment
- Find a sense of calm
- Ground yourself
- Stay connected with others in the community
I'm keeping my online classes small – no more than 5 clients per class. That way I can track your progress and comfort.
These classes are suitable for adults 18 years and older who can move without help.
To take part, you'll need:
- Reliable internet
- A laptop computer or electronic tablet (with microphone & in-built video camera or a separate webcam)
- A quiet space to lie on your mat on the floor
Enrol for a weekly class:
Monday mornings 9:30–10:30 am or evenings 6:00–7:00 pm from 4 May to 29 Jun 2020 (excl. 1 Jun)
Tuesday evenings 6:00–7:00 pm from 5 May to 30 Jun 2020 (excl. 2 Jun)
Cost for 8-week series:
Adults (waged) $160 | Retirees/Pensioners $120 | Adults recently laid off & students 18+ Free (COVID-19 special)
