You can be a complete beginner or an experienced meditator wishing to gain more experiences and learn different styles of meditation. We have a circle of seats and you can choose to lie down on a yoga mat for deep relaxation, or remain in your chair.
Feel free to bring along whatever makes you feel comfortable.
You can chat and share or remain quiet, it is up to you.
You will experience many ways to go into a relaxed, meditative state of being.
Sabine will draw on her background of 30 years to teaching meditation, of being a yoga teacher for 10 years, and her background in medical science, quantum physics, neuro-linguistic programming, hypnosis and sound healing. Plus recent research and PhD in the arena of sleep health and breathing!
Here is a bio about me/Sabine:
Sabine has a Bachelor of Science (Hons) (Biochemistry/Immunology) (1990) and is an internationally trained and certified Kundalini Yoga teacher since 2011. She is the CEO of her own yoga studio and runs kundalini studio (2011-2019).
She has been practising yoga over 30 years personally, and has been teaching breath enhancement , mindfulness and meditation both as a volunteer and employed for various organisations and businesses such as the Cancer Care Centre, Hub Adelaide (entrepreneurs), Mount Lofty House (for their conferences and company wellness retreats), EDASA, Flinders University (for Uni students : coping with stress during SVOTVAC), St Peter's Collegiate Girl's school (primary school), St Andrews, The Dept. of Defence, GenesisCare with Dieter Weinand - teaching Drs and Surgeons, Cardiologists and Radiation Oncologists. - for a bi annual retreat for the development and leadership coaching - Sabine's role was mindfulness, meditation and yoga).
Sabine loves to hold free community "meditation made easy" classes at the Burnside Council weekly, she regularly runs fundraisers and international yoga retreats (India and Bali) and other workshops for specifically women and for both men and women within South Australia, Canberra and Victoria/Melbourne.
Her ability to tailor the meditation and practises to the specific group has been said to be extraordinary. Classes are always educational (linking in the latest science e.g physiology, biological medicine or neuroscience findings), practical and inspiring for participants to live one's full potential: learning how to focus, to increase work productivity/effectivity, to release stress and to become mindful!
Sabine has taught all ages, including preschool, primary and high school children. Classes are joyful and inspired, relaxed and also energising!
Also within her teachings are mindfulness exercises and powerful NLP techniques for you to use any time after sessions! Sabine's voice and style is hypnotic, relaxing and enables participants to relax easily.

When I am not running free classes, I teach kundalini yoga, breath work, meditation and am a women's lifestyle coach! I am a NLP /timeline practitioner and a hypnotherapy practitioner, offering workshops and private sessions.
