Meditation has many positive benefits including relaxation, clarity, focus, reduction in stress and as an aid to increase in overall wellbeing. You can now enjoy meditation in you lunch break at St Leonards. Each session consists of relaxation techniques, guided visualisation including silent meditation. Each term will have a different theme.
