Details This is a free 2 hour session that anyone is welcome to attend. Taiji push hands is the partner training used to apply the principles taught through Taiji form. Applying force through relaxed pathways and avoiding competitive struggle. As a general rule we do not strike, trip or throw. If you want to train outside of these limits only do so if you're training partner first consents. Experienced participants train free push. For beginners we can train basic drills. Knowledge sharing is encouraged.
