2-day course providing participants with the skills and confidence to recognize and cope with a range of mental health issues.

Fully accredited and professionally delivered 2 day course designed to give participants the skills to understand and act as an effective first responder in a mental health crisis situation. Delivered over two days, 8:30 am start with a 4:30 pm finish in our comfortable state of the art training room on Sheridan St.
