With mental health having an effect on many people its time to remove the stigma, continue to raise awareness and educate. Welcome to our Mental health Forum, in this forum we have 3 incredible guest speakers on our panel. Megan Leary from Headspace Tamworth, Melissa Butler & Hannah McKenzie from IPAR Tamworth will be providing much needed information and answering your questions about 3 different stages of life & our mental health throughout. - We've all experienced those difficult teenage years but with society rapidly changing the way our kids interact, how can we effectively communicate with our own teenage children/family members to know how they are coping and how can we help as parents? - Work can be stressful enough with meeting deadlines & targets but how do you cope with added stress like workplace bullying and returning to work after serious injury or maternity leave & balancing your time between work and family/yourself & who can you turn to? - Watching your children grow and develop their own lives can be so rewarding but what do you do now you have an empty nest and retirement is fast approaching? Have you being taking care of yourself whilst raising the family and working do you have a plan for the next stage of your life & how do you cope with this shift in your life and those around you? This forum is sure to provide much needed information to women of all stages of life for not only their own mental health but the mental health of those they love as well.
