In collaboration with Business Is Bliss, Journeys of the Spirit and Vault Fitness we invite you to come along and enjoy an evening of Mindfulness with facilitator Peter Bliss.

What is Mindfulness you ask? Mindfulness is not about getting someplace else - but rather being fully where you already are and realising the power of your full presence and awareness right now, in this moment. 

Over the past five to ten years, Mindfulness has been increasingly practiced by atheletes, corporate employees, soldiers, teachers, students, adults and children to reduce health risks such as stress, exhaustion and to improve presentieeism in our lives.

It is said that we are distracted or interrupted every three minutes, coming from both human and digital forms. Mindfulness can help unleash productivity and purpose driven performance ~ without all the distractions life can throw at you.

In this Masterclass you will learn how to;

- Reduce stress through developing Mindfulness Techniques

- Improve the ability to remain calm in difficult situations

- Increase the ability to connect and engage with others

- Learn how to create wellbeing and enhance emotional intelligence

About Peter Bliss - 

Peter Bliss he is best described as a life change facilitator and Mindfulness expert. Using a range of techniques based on ancient philosophies, Peter helps both individuals and businesses gan focus, clarity and direction.
Today Peter is an international key note speaker and executive coach, a skilled Mindfulness, Meditation and Qigong teacher, an accredited Demartini Method facilitator and a father of five children. For almost 15 years he has has been delivering original, uplifting and dynamic workshops, presentations, meditation classes, business consulting services and one-on-one mentoring sessions designed to help others discover the 'bliss' in their lives and fully reach their potential.

FAQs

What do I need to bring to the event?

Just bring yourself, a water bottle and yoga mat. The venue will be able to supply a yoga mat if you do not have one.

Do I have to bring my printed ticket to the event?

Yes ~ please bring your ticket. It will be collected from you at the beginning of the class.

What are my transport/parking options for getting to and from the event?

Best option is public transport with both Perth underground, Perth Station and Elizabeth Quay all just a short 5-10 minute walk. Parking is limited, however along Riverside drive there is paid parking. The building the event is held in has access off London Court.
