More and more we are hearing about the benefits of being mindful, and how important it is for our physical and mental health and simple mindful drawing is a beautiful way to slow down, be present, soothe your soul and fill your cup.
In this workshop, Shani will demonstrate simple drawing exercises to loosen up and nurture your creativity.
The simple drawing techniques you will learn from Shani mean that anyone, no matter how long it has been since you picked up a pencil to draw, will be able to enjoy the process of drawing and expressing yourself. You will also learn how it is possible to make creativity part of your life in small ways, facilitating mindfulness and a sense of calm and peace.
This class is suited for age 12 and up and no experience is required.
