The ‘coming home’ series...  Our minds | our hearts | our homes   - let’s make ‘us’ peaceful places to Be.  Join us, at the (new) ‘med shed’ for guided mindfulness meditation (magic).  Expect nourishing blends of teachings, practice and relaxation.  Sessions are suitable for adults, are beginner friendly but will also suit regular meditators or those who would like to deepen or bring new energy to their practice.  Each week we will explore mindfulness teachings and practices. You will learn helpful and practical tools to create more calm in your every day.  We will experience different breathing techniques and simple, seated restorative yoga postures.  All sessions are cosmically inspired, intentional, purposeful and hold proven benefits.  -Sessions are relaxed.  -Sessions are completely guided.  -Sessions are here to support you in your every-day-experience of Life.  -Sessions are here as a gift, for you - the gift of stillness, of ‘head space’ and ultimate relaxation on a Sunday afternoon.  *Never tried mindfulness meditation?  No worries, I’ll guide you through it.  *Concerned about sitting?  No worries, there are cushions + cushioned bench seats.  Mindfulness meditation has been proven to reduce stress, anxiety and depression and increase feelings of well-being.  Can’t wait to hold this space, for you.  Spots are limited, only 10 each class, so book your cushion and get your calm. *Exact address given upon booking
