Too often our experience of life is derailed by over-load, multi-tasking and lack of focus on what matters. Sometimes our minds are so full – we are not Mindful – that we end up living a Mindless life.  

Jon Kabat-Zinn defines “Mindfulness as paying attention in a particular way: on purpose, in the present moment, and nonjudgmentally.”    

By practising Mindfulness we can be fully awake in our lives. It is about perceiving the exquisite vividness of each moment. Through this workshop, you will be able to access your own powerful inner resources for insight, transformation, and healing.


In today’s fast-paced world people are consciously making it a priority to slow down and focus on peace and mind/body wellbeing. There is a resurgence in natural wellness habits, including practices such as meditating, reflecting, and journaling.

With so much cutting edge research and attention on the physical and mental benefits of meditating, mindfulness, and reflection, people are confused about where to start and how to practice Mindfulness. That's exactly why I have put together this Guided Mindfulness Meditation Workshop.

What are the outcomes?

The goal of this "Mindfulness for Wellness Meditation" is to help you achieve an increased sense of mental and emotional well-being.  You will learn the technique of our human ability to be fully present, aware of where we are and what we’re doing, and not overly reactive or overwhelmed by what’s going on around us.

How to come prepared for the Meditation Practice?

I recommend the following three-point preparation to new participants. You should prepare for meditation just as you would for other activities, by thinking and planning beforehand.

  • 1 hour of undivided attention
  • A yoga mat or rug
  • A soft blanket to keep you warm
  • Your electronic devices must be on silent

I practice Mindfulness Meditation in my daily life. I could go on and on about what I personally got from practising Mindfulness Meditation, but instead, I’m going to stop here and encourage you to give it a try.

Limited Spots:

I have designed this special Mindfulness Meditation Program to help women reduce stress and improve their mental and emotional well being. This is offered for a close group of 10 participants only.
