Stop Motion Animation

For children aged 9-13 

Do you have a passion for Animation?

This short course (14 sessions) aims to teach students the fundamentals of stop motion animation through sketch modelling and short filming within a fun group environment.

No experience with Stop Motion Animation is required, but can be helpful.

Sessions will be held on Mondays after school weekly from 3:45pm - 5:00pm at the Mawson Centre, Room MC 2.03

Dates: MONDAYS  

• 17th, 24th Feb
• 2nd, 16th, 23rd, 30th March
• 6th April
• 4th, 11th, 18th, 25th May
• 1st, 15th, 22nd June (No session 9th March and 8th June as Public Holidays)

Please note:

• The $70 fee is a once-off, up-front payment for all fourteen sessions. 
• Refunds are not available
• Exceptions may be made for ages at the discretion of the facilitator
• Parent supervision is not required, but parents are welcome to observe the sessions
• The Mawson Lakes Library is open until 5pm every Monday
