MUDRAS, MANTRAS & SOUND WORKSHOP

This workshop gives you the foundation understanding of the ancient practice of Mudra, Mantra and Sound.

Learn why Mudras are used to attract different frequencies that connects us to the 5 elements within our bodies, aligns us with Source and magnifies our intentions.

This workshop will give you the basic tools and understanding of how to use Mudras and Mantras. Following this foundation workshop we will guide you to a deeper understanding and more advanced practice of how to manifest your highest intention.

What is Mudra?

Mudras are hand gestures used during meditation and yoga to achieve a certain type of energy that helps opens and balance the Chakras and opening up to universal life force.

What is Mantra?

Are ancient Sanskrit words that has a certain frequency or vibration that aids concentration in meditation as well as open up the Chakras and is believed to have some psychological and spiritual powers to attract certain energy.

What is Sound Healing?

As our bodies is mostly made up of approximately 80% water, it is believed scientifically that the frequency & vibration of sound resonates with our bodies frequency and has a healing effect on our organs and different parts of the body.  Using Crystal bowls, Tibetan Singing bowls and chimes they all produce different healing frequency and sacred geometric shapes that helps open and balance the Chakras and brings us to a state of harmony and wellbeing.
