Mum and Kids Health Workshop

Eloise Charleson, Naturopath and Medical Herbalist will be speaking at Lords Recreation Centre about optimal health for busy mums and kids.

Eloise will discuss all the common issues that arise for women who are trying to look after their own health while investing so much of their time and energy into their little ones.
