About Dr. H. Raghav Rao:
Dr. H. Raghav Rao, who presently is the AT&T Distinguished Chair in Infrastructure Assurance and Security with the University of Texas at San Antonio and a regular visiting faculty at MYRA.
Dr. Rao is a US-based scholar of Information Systems Management. His research interests are in decision support systems, e-business, cyber-security, emergency response systems and information assurance. His recent research has implications for political revolutions, anti- terrorism initiatives, and communications during natural disasters, and corporate decision making. Dr. Rao co-edited four books and has authored or co-authored more than 175 technical papers, of which more than 100 are published in archival journals and his work has received best paper and best paper runner-up awards at recent AMCIS and ICIS conferences. He has received funding for his research from the National Science Foundation, CISCO, National Security Agency, Canadian Embassy, and the US Department of Defence.
