Learn how to harness the hidden powers of the human mind to (a) achieve peak performance, and (b) facilitate the healing of the injured athletic body!
This 2-full day course, uses a multi-modal approach to learning via mini-lectures, hands-on activities and exercises, small group interactive discussions, mini oral presentations, and case-based scenario discussions. Participants will:
(1) gain essential knowledge and skills to assess, plan and conduct mental skills training in their chosen sport
(2) apply mental skills for injury rehabilitation and recovery
(3) teach mental skills to others in an interactive and engaging way

Entry Requirements
- 18 years or older.
- Anyone who has competed as an athlete for at least 2 years
- Some background in any of the following would be useful but not necessary:
(1) National Coaching Accreditation Programme (NCAP) Level 1 Theory or above
(2) SG Coach Certification, or its equivalent
