Some very good principles and practices of adult education have been documented and used over the years. It’s only recently however that research has been capable of and has focused on the changes that take place in the brain when we learn. This in turn has lead to a better understanding of what learners need, and what trainers need to ensure, to facilitate learning events that engage learners, maximise learning and ensure changed behavior. Don’t miss this workshop if you want to know more about Brain Science and how its findings can impact your learning and development outcomes.
