Bendemeer Town Hall

Bendemeer Town Hall was built in 1908 and is operated by an authorised local community committee on behalf of the local Council. The beautiful village of Bendemeer is situated on the MacDonald River just 40 km north of Tamworth on the New England Highway. On average it's 5 deg cooler than Tamworth and is a welcome relief in summer! The Town Hall is available for hire and over the years has seen many wedding receptions, celebrations, theatrical productions, public meetings, balls, and every Autumn hosts the Bendemeer Art & Craft Show. Hire fees are $22 hr; $55 half day; $110 day. Fees for recurring or longer periods POA. Additional charges including a bond may apply. The Hall contains a stage with dressing rooms, a sound and stage lighting system, seating available for about 130 persons, a heating system for those cooler evenings, and a fully equipped kitchen.
