STORIA Il 26 Marzo 2001, dall’unione di due aziende operanti nel settore automotive, Brain Bee s.r.l. e Globalpro s.r.l e di una azienda operante nel settore finanziario, Capital Consulting, si costituisce a Parma, Brain Bee S.p.A. Sin dall’inizio, Brain Bee S.p.A. è una impresa che annovera fra i propri responsabili di gestione professionisti di decennale esperienza nel campo della progettazione e costruzione di apparecchiature elettroniche per la diagnosi, l’autodiagnosi e prove emissioni veicoli. Pieni di entusiasmo e ricchi di expertise acquisita sul campo, decidono di mettersi in gioco per creare qualcosa di nuovo sul mercato. Da allora, di strada Brain Bee ne ha fatta parecchia, tanto da guadagnarsi, già nel 2004, pieno riconoscimento da parte del settore. Il 14 Dicembre 2004, Il “Sole 24ore” dedicava un proprio articolo a Brain Bee: “Il perfetto connubio tra cervello e operosità nel settore automotive”. Brain Bee, era infatti risultata fra le prime aziende ad aver ottenuto la certificazione Vision 2000, facendo della qualità la sua arma migliore. La Ricerca per Brain Bee appresenta un punto di forza per il business dell’azienda. Al fine di riuscire ad affermarsi con professionalità in un settore articolarmente specializzato ed attento all’evoluzione tecnica dei prodotti, nel 2005 l’ufficio Ricerca & Sviluppo si costituisce come azienda partecipata di Brain Bee. A sottolineare il continuo investimento nell’High Tech e l’orientamento aziendale verso l’innovazione il 20 Dicembre 2004 nasce quindi Brain Bee Engineering s.r.l. Brain Bee sta diventando una delle aziende leader nel settore Automotive, per innovazione, ampiezza di gamma e presenza sui mercati. Di fronte a questi risultati, il desiderio e l’entusiasmo non engono a mancare, e la voglia di investire nuove energie e migliorare sempre, continua. Il 12 Maggio 2006, nasce Brain Bee Ibérica, S.A., filiale Spagnola di Brain Bee S.p.A. Già presente sul mercato nazionale dal 2002 con una rete di propri distributori locali, Brain Bee decide di investire in Spagna ritenendo opportuno dare sostegno maggiore ai propri clienti in loco. Brain Bee viene considerata fra i primi 3 produttori Automotive. E’ tempo di potenziare la propria struttura commerciale e produttiva e iniziare a sfruttare opportunità di mercato sempre più allettanti. Ma la strada dell’ulteriore crescita del Gruppo è già tracciata anche con riferimento all’area europea; nel 2011 è stata infatti completata la costituzione della filiale tedesca Brain Bee Deutschland. HISTORY On March 26th 2001, the merging of two companies working in the automotive sector, Brain Bee s.r.l. and Globalpro s.r.l., and a company working in the financial sector, Capital Consulting, led to the creation, in Parma, of Brain Bee S.p.A. Ever since the very beginning, Brain Bee S.p.A. has been a company which can boast among its managers people with ten-year experience in the design and construction of electronic tools for self-diagnosis and emission tests for vehicles and motorcycles. Since then, Brain Bee has come a long way, so much as to have earned, already in 2004, full recognition on the part of the automotive sector. Back on December 24th 2004, the financial newspaper “Sole 24 ore” dedicated an article to Brain Bee: “The perfect mixture between brain and industriousness”. Brain Bee was, in fact, among the first companies to have obtained the Vision 2000 certification, and made of quality its best asset. For Brain Bee, Research represents a strength for the company business. With a view to being successful and professional in a highly specialised sector and focused on the technical evolution of products, in 2005 the Research and Development department was established as a Brain Bee controlled company. To underline the continuous investments on High Tech as well as the company’s orientation towards innovation, December 20th 2004 saw the birth of Brain Bee Engineering s.r.l. Brain Bee is becoming one of the leader companies in the Automotive sector due to its innovation policies, wide product range and presence in the markets. Given these results, determination and enthusiasm are always present, and the will to invest new energies and obtain constant improvements continues. On May 12th 2006, Brain Bee Ibérica S.A., Spanish branch of Brain Bee S.p.A., was born. Already present in the national market since 2002 with its own local distributors’ network, Brain Bee decided to invest in Spain, believing that greater support to its Spanish customers was the right step. Brain Bee was, by then, already considered to be among the first three Automotive producers. But the road towards further growth of the Group has also been traced in the European market; in fact, in 2011 the establishment of the German branch, Brain Bee Deutschland, was completed.
