The house has a meditation room, Praying Altar, library, business center, 2 activity rooms, outside lounge, fireplace, inside and outside kitchens, BBQ setups, swimming pool, fountain, water wheel, tree house, maid room, 5 bedrooms, recreational room and a guest room. The beach is 4 minutes walking and the house is located near Mercato mall/ Dubai Zoo, 5 minutes drive from Dubai Mall/ Burj Khalifa.
