Mana Yura Student Support

Our name Mana Yura (meaning “Gathering Aboriginal people to the Eora nation” in Darug language)  reflects the core mission of our team which is to bring our students together to embrace their culture and identity and build with them a sense of community on-campus so they feel engaged and belong whilst studying at the University. We run key programs to enhance Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander student participation - such as the Cadigal Alternative Entry Program, the Indigenous Tutorial Assistance Scheme and the Mentoring Our Brothers and Sisters Program - as well as provide academic, administrative and pastoral support care and referrals for all of our students.
