Nes Bear teaches private and group classes for all to find the peace and strength that yoga can bring.
I am DBS checked and have completed Safeguarding and first aid training. I am available to work one to one with young people and adults as well as private small groups and school sessions.

I am a fully trained and Yoga Alliance (RYS 200 hours), the Independent Yoga Network and the Register of Exercise Professionals accredited Yoga Teacher. I have also completed Yoga Therapy Training in Stress and Anxiety with Ganesh Mohan, Restorative Yoga Teacher Training and Relax and Renew® Trainer certification with Judith Hanson Lasater, Gentle is the New Advanced workshop with J Brown, Yoga, Food & Body Image Facilitator Training with Eat, Breathe, Thrive and Chair Yoga for MS,COPD, Breathlessness and some age related problems Teacher Training.
I specialise in working with adults, teenagers and children experiencing stress and anxiety, body image issues or recovering from trauma. I am additionally trained and experienced in working with clients in chairs.
I also offer restorative yoga, chair yoga, mindfulness in nature, retreats and therapeutic yoga. Group and one to one classes.
I am passionate about helping to create an inclusive and individual practice, enabling everyone to enjoy the benefits of yoga no matter their body shape, gender, age or physical abilities.
I am committed to supporting people gain an increased awareness of the importance of self-care, and to be better equipped to incorporate it in their everyday lives. I offer tools that help take better care of ourselves, equipping us to avoid burnout and to better empower ourselves.
