Spiritual Unique Exercise is run by Sue Ellis Level 4 Specialist Yoga Instructor and Reiki Master. One to one, group and Well Being Days available. Sue has been practicing Yoga and Pilates for almost 20 years. She is a Level 4 Specialist Yoga Teacher - enabling her to teach Yoga to children, Pre and Post pregnancy and the physically impaired. Sue has always been into keeping fit and healthy all her life. She is also a qualified Reiki Healing Master. Therefore her Yoga classes and in particular the Well Being Days are insightful, beneficial, rewarding and enjoyable.
