The Teign Heritage Centre - Home to Teignmouth and Shaldon Museum Teign Heritage is the body which oversees the running of the Teign Heritage Centre. Teign Heritage is a Registered Charity (1116204) and a Limited Company (5874265). The Teign Heritage Centre staff and the Board of Trustees are all volunteers We wish to encourage the sharing of information about our collection through web resources and printed materials. However, the materials on our website and the photographs and information provided on this Facebook page are protected by internationally recognised laws of copyright and intellectual property. Some of the materials are our intellectual property and others are the intellectual property of third parties (from whom we have made all reasonable efforts to obtain their consent to publish their work on our website or Facebook page). We are happy for information from this page and photographs of our collections to be used for academic purposes and those motivated by private interest. The Teign Heritage Centre consists of two wonderful permanent galleries which have been carefully designed to appeal to both adults and children. The Centre also houses a roof terrace, a large meeting and events space, the Teign Room, a small shop, dedicated research area and archive room.
