The Fairy Godsister, Inc.

The Fairy Godsister, Inc. (FGS), is a mentoring program dedicated to supporting women and girls through the crucial developmental ages of 16-24. The mission of FGS is to empower young women to achieve their leadership potential, and to promote a culture of solidarity amongst professional women. We seek to eradicate gender inequity by showcasing positive relationships between women at different stages in their lives and careers so that mentees will be more willing to support other women in the capacity of mentors, sponsors, and advocates when they are in positions of leadership.
