For Community classes in Deal! No membership needed! For all things fitness including H.I.I.T, Legs Bums and Tums , Kettlercise, Clubbercise, Zumba, Kettlercise Combat MX and AB Attack plus 1-1 sessions. I am fully qualified and have 18 years teaching experience so you're in safe hands. All classes are fun and friendly.... don't be frightened to come alone as we are a nice bunch and nobody is being judged. :o) Classes run 6 days weekly, and all locations have free parking.
