This page is about sharing my enthusiasm and passion of yoga and the great outdoors and encouraging and helping others living life to the full. Yoga and hiking compliment each other perfectly, being able to move and breathe, taking in the beautiful natural scenery that we are living in. I am a qualified yoga teacher, yoga sports coach and personal trainer. All hikes are lead by my partner, who is a UK and International Mountain Guide.
