The session will look at bringing your energy systems to their peak performance. The energy systems cover the 7 systems in our body - commonly known as the Chakra levels, This are tied to our emotional, mental, physical and spiritual energy or intelligence.

To reach your PEAK perfomance in any aspect of your life be it - Relationships, Career of Finance, Mental or Physical Health - all 7 systems need to be in harmony.

In order to achieve this I use my 35 years of experience and pull in techniques from Life Coaching,Tai Chi, NLP, EFT Tapping, Martial Arts, Psychotherapy, Energy Healing, Hypnotherapy, Life Coaching and the highly transformational Kundalini Activation or Inner Dance.  

THe sessions involve energy building exercises, group activitiies and the Kundalini Activation which involves immersing yourself into a super charged activation process to accelerate the harmony in the 7 systems. 

Don't worry if you are a beginner or you are unfamilar with these terms - the basic principle is to super charge your system on all levels to improve the quality of your life and  bring out all the resources so you can deal with problems or achieve goals in your life.

The sessions are unique in Australia as we don't focus on one area like other systems and explore over 25 different modalities. I am also able to transmit Kundalini and Healing Energy at the same time. I also a clinical hypnotherapist so can provide you with proven techniques to help with anxiety, phobias, confidence and addictions. This means your inner resources and external higher energies work together to bring you to your PEAK.
