Course Objective

At the end of the program, participants should be able to set objective goals to the staff while conforming to the needs of the business and environment.  Subsequently he should be able to objectively evaluate their performance that has impact to the corporate objectives with the right and fair performance measures.

  4. Identifying the critical performance gaps
  5. Conduct root cause analysis
  6. Identifying performance problems and issues
  7. Providing strategic solutions and best practices
  8. Putting all into a strategi map
  9. Estbalishing performance standards, objectives and goals
  10. Estimating the results

  1. Decided and agreed by the boss and staff jointly
  2. Boss performance decided by the company

  7. Empowerment authority and budget
  8. change in job description
  9. Chart the planned performance graphs
  10. Sign the performance agreement

PERFORMANCE APPRAISAL

  1. Analyse the performance through output input analysis : staff and boss
  2. Put them into performance graphs - staff and boss
  3. Agreed jointly with the evaluation reading
  4. Refer to performance planning setting (as  above)
  5. Refer to Benchmarking - internal and external
  6. Refer to Performance agreement
  7. The agreed goals, strategies, models and empowerment
  8. Authority and budget
  9. Key Performance indicator:  Output/input
  10. Diagnose problems and issues
  11. Agree on the solutions and change
  12. Best practices and training needed
  13. Finally, agree on the performane grades.  (go to performance target for next period)

Course Methodology

The course is conducted through case studies, with excel templates and models prepared in advance to facilitate efficient learning process.  There shall be group dynamic discussions that ends with presentation.
