Pilates Workshop | Pilates for Office Workers
Are you an office worker who NEEDS Pilates?
Join our Principal Pilates Instructor, Jane Brewer for a practical workshop dedicated to improving your comfort at work.
In this workshop Jane will focus on strengthening core muscles to make sitting and typing for long periods easier. She will also be covering techniques for managing and preventing lower back pain, stiff neck/ shoulders and RSI.
Participants will be provided with exercises to practice at home, including photos and descriptions.
No Pilates experience is required for participation in this workshop.
