Planning for the Next Season

Planning for the Next Season is a way of thinking and planning for staying at home as you age. Ever wonder about how to find help at home? Where do you go? What should you consider? What about other aspects of staying at home such as your home itself and your connection to your community? Everyone would like to stay at home as they age,  information and planning to do just that isn't always clear. With all the changes in Aged Care, where do you start?

That's where Planning for the Next Season can help. Planning for the Next Season is a workshop woth people just like you, who are planning to stay at home as they age. Together we make a 'roadmap' of how to stay at home and the resources required to do this. Together, we share our experiences of what works and what doesn't.

Come along to this interactive workshop of your peers and understand the aged care 'system' and what it takes to help us age in our own home, living our lives as we choose.
