If you find yourself dwelling on the past or worrying about the future, then treating yourself to a couple of hours in ‘the now’ could be just what you need.

MindFood are offering FREE weekly two-hour 'Plot to Plate' sessions for anybody interested in getting outdoors, gardening and wellbeing- ideal if you’re looking to tackle stress, depression or anxiety the natural way - or simply want to try a new approach to nurturing your wellbeing.

With us you’ll learn to grow a wide range of fruit and vegetables, and pick up tips and techniques to improve your wellbeing at the same time. At Horsenden Farm you’ll find a welcoming green space where you can come to enjoy nature with other like-minded people, at your own pace.

You're welcome to stick around for a cuppa, and you’ll get to take home the pesticide-free veg you’ve helped nurture.

Our site has a mixture of outdoor and indoor growing space in polytunnels, and greenhouses where you will be sheltered, whatever the weather. 

-       You are welcome to join these sessions regularly, or as and when you need a mindfulness boost.

-       Saturday sessions will run from 10-12 at Horsenden Farm, Ealing (UB6 7PB, nearest underground Perivale).
