Pound Paws Dog Day at The Henson

Join Pound Paws Charity, as they combine forces with The Henson to provide a community event aimed to bring together dogs and dog lovers in the Inner West Community, as well as raise awareness about the importance of pet adoption.
The day will kick off at The Henson courtyard, where a doggie paw-ty activation will take place, providing attendees with the ultimate experience to cheers a beer with their furry best friend!
For those without a dog, no worries, there will be plenty of Inner west canine rescue organisations involved on the day, like ​Maggies Rescue​ and ​RSPCA NSW​ with dogs available for adoption and cuddles.
Pound Paws has prepared the event for pooch guests to have the ultimate experience, you can expect everything from a Puppy Ball Pit, Doggie Aura Readings to even Best Dog Trick / Costume with VIP Judges; ​Katherine Sabbath​ ​(Sydney Cake Queen), ​Raylene Bliss ​(Inner West Courier Editor) ​and ​Lewis Cavoodle​ ​(Insta Famous Dog) o​ n the panel.
The Golden Bone Dog Race will commence in the early afternoon, bringing together the Inner West community at Henson Park, where dogs of all shapes and sizes compete for the Golden Bone Trophy!
