Teacher War War, the founder of OhmSantih Yoga, lives by the principles of Ashtanga Yoga and healthy living for both her pregnancies. She has impressed many with her physical strength, optimism and emotional resilience, hence resulting in a smooth postpartum recovery and abundant energy to continue with yoga teaching and as well as to look after her children.
