** You must be aged 18 years or over to make a booking with us. Children are not allowed.
** By booking Yoga & Pilates Holiday you take responsibility for ensuring that you are physically and mentallly fit to take part in the Holiday. Consult a doctor before booking the holiday. 
** Our Yoga & Pilates Holidays are not suitable for women who are pregnant, breastfeeding or who recently gave birth. In addition, participants who underwent a recent surgery are required to provide a medical certificate.

Cancellation & Refunds Policy
1. Any participation to a scheduled Holiday may be cancelled only in writing. This can be done by sending an email to admin@relaxtimeforyou.com 
2. Cancellation 16 weeks or more before the holiday’s date: Full amount of the Holiday Fee is refundable, excluding the deposit.
3. Cancellation between 12 to 16 weeks before the holiday’s date: 50% of the Holiday Fee is refundable, excluding the deposit.
4. Cancellation less then 12 weeks before the holiday’s date : there is no refund.
5. In the event that upon arrival a Participant cannot take part in the sessions for whatever reason, the Holiday fee already paid is not refundable.
