Lots of entrepreneurs struggle to explain their product in a clear and concise way. Then, they often don t know how to work with designers and developers because they don t speak their language. The role of a good entrepreneur is to break those barriers when it comes to his product. Otherwise, he won t be able to work correctly with the rest of his team.
As an entrepreneur, this workshop will give you a simple methodology to precisely define the product you want to build and work efficiently with developers and designers without unnecessary processes or misunderstandings.
We will take lots of real-life example (Product Hunt, Airbnb, etc..) to illustrate this workshop.
**What is it exactly?**
- 2-hour online workshop with a Le Wagon Teacher.
- A rundown of all the key steps in the conception of a tech product.
- Live demo of wireframing and prototyping techniques.

Pretty good question! Last thing we want is to waste anyone’s time! We’ve crafted this workshop for you if:
- You are learning the basics of UX and Product Management.
- You would like to prototype an idea quickly.
- You would like to know techniques to break down an entrepreneurial idea into something tangible.
**What will I learn during the workshop?**
During this workshop, we’ll cover a few things:
- Product pitch: precisely define your value proposition (we ll give lots of examples)
- Persona: define who your users are
- Core User Journey: define the experience within your product
- Mockup: make a basic mockup of your app using Sketch
**Are there any prerequisites?**
No, this is a workshop for beginners!
For the artifacts (product pitch, persona, core user journey), we ll be using Google Docs
For doing mockups and prototypes, we will use Figma
If you want to get hands on during the workshop, make sure to get an account before.
