Public Cocktail Class

If you don’t make up the minimum number for a private class (eight people) you are welcome to book into one of our public cocktail classes.

The Polly team will provide the ‘know how’, ingredients and equipment and all you need to bring is the enthusiasm in our interactive cocktail making class.

Our cocktail making class is a ‘hands on’ event which will teach you the techniques to mixing and shaking your own cocktails like a pro. Your personal Polly mixologist will guide you through the process of making three cocktails to perfection. It’s an interactive two-hour class that takes the saying “learning can be fun” to a whole new level.
