OERt CIWG | Creating A Safety Culture Through BI

Business Improvement (BI) traditionally can be seen as utilised in Manufacturing environments to drive Cost, Quality, Volume and many other aspects, yet modern organisations have started applying Lean – Agile – Innovation frameworks to drive other aspects of the business, like Embedding a Safety Culture. 

At CS Energy BI tools and the associated rigour has helped us to embed some of these cultural shifts at a faster rate with good quality and great engagement. Please join us as we share our journey so far and the benefits we have seen in utilising such tools.
