During this workshop we will look at what Google My Business is and how you need to set your profile up to ensure that you are maximising your presence in local search results.

Whether you have an account already, or you need to set one up, Google My Business is an essential tool for all businesses who are wanting to be found in Google Search and Maps.

This is a BYO laptop so that we can walk through step by step what you need to do to setup your account, optimise it, and then maintain it to ensure that you are always putting your best foot forward to be seen more and sell more.

Participants will walk away with an optimised Google My Business listing and clarity over exactly what the tool is able to do and how best to use it for their business.

Important - Participating businesses must be aware that this information will be provided to the Commonwealth Department of Jobs and Small Business and the Commonwealth Department of Industry, Innovation and Science for program evaluation and reporting purposes and; they may be approached by a representative of the Department of Industry, Innovation and Science to complete a survey on the services provided.
