QLD Thermomix Explore Asia - Hands-on cooking class

Master new techniques and take your taste buds on a journey across Asia at this hands-on Thermomix® cooking class.

Learn the secrets to folding dumplings and blending the perfect curry paste, all in a small group setting. Working together in small groups, you will create recipes from the following menu.

The menu features:

• Vegetable spring rolls

• Pad Thai noodles with prawns

• Tom yum goong soup (gf)

• Thai red curry paste (veg, gf)

• Thai red chicken curry (gf)

• Korean barbecue chicken with rice

• Thai fishcakes (gf)

• Dim sum ‘shao mai’ (dumplings)

• Vietnamese jackfruit rice paper rolls (veg)

• Prawn wontons with peanut sauce

• Char siu bao pork buns

• Lychee sorbet (veg, gf)

• Traditional lemonade 

At the end of the class, sit down to enjoy the feast you created!  *New to our Hands-on classes* - BYO and enjoy a drink with dinner at the end of the class!

You’ll also receive the recipes from the class, so that you can recreate them at home.

During this small, intimate class you will get hands on experience with Thermomix recipes, learn tips and tricks when using your Thermomix and take part in skill sharing demonstrations.

• Our Hands-on cooking classes are only suitable for Participants aged 18 years and over.

• Closed in shoes must be worn.
