We’re always in a constant state of flux, traveling and traversing from our essential selves to our shadow selves — a place where if we stay too long our ego starts to run the show. It is our constant struggle and our shamanic task to create a personal awareness of our shadow places and spaces.
The Waves map of the 5Rhythms offers our bodies the keys to transform our shadows into movement, from frozen to fluid, from tense to focused, from disoriented to free. Moving these shadows on the dance floor, inviting an exploration to bring our body and our actions back into alignment with our head and our hearts, becoming a unified being in our every day lives — that sweet emptiness that serves and is served with divine curiosity, utter surrender, endless permission, and love.
